Fact Sheet on the ISC Consulting Group GSA MOBIS Contract  – GS-02F-0222X

 

The GSA Federal Supply Schedule contract for Mission Oriented Business Integrated Services (MOBIS) provides a broad spectrum of products and services focused on improving the performance of federal agencies and other organizations. Using a streamlined ordering process, agencies issue either Time & Material (T&M) or Firm Fixed Price (FFP) task orders for engineering services directly with ISC using our approved labor categories and ceiling rates.  Discounted rates may be offered on individual task orders.

 

Consultation Services (SIN 874-1) ISC shall provide providing expert advice, assistance, guidance or counseling in support of agencies' mission oriented business functions, as follows: Management or strategy consulting; program planning, audits and evaluations; studies, analyses, scenarios, and reports relating to mission-oriented business programs or initiatives, such as defense studies, tabletop exercises or scenario simulations; educational studies, regulatory studies, economic studies, and preparedness studies.

 

Training Services (SIN 874-4) Proposed professional services shall be in support of planning, creating, and/or executing test administration, learning management, customized subject matter specific training and/or educational courses that are delivered via an instructor-led (i.e. traditional classroom setting or conference/seminar) and/or web-based (i.e. Internet/Intranet, software packages and computer applications) system.

 

Contract Characteristics:  

  • Single Award IDIQ Delivery Order Contract with primary Contract Line Item numbers (CLINs) for T&M, FFP, and Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF)

  • Period of Performance:  Aug 04, 2016 through Aug 03, 2021

 

Operational Characteristics:  

  • Process focused execution with standard travel, reporting, and financial management processes applied across the contract including teammates ensuring timely and quality execution

  • Routine interaction between Project Management Office (PMO) and customers

  • Task leads for each Task Order to ensure rapid identification and resolution of any potential issues

 

Process for Executing a Delivery Order:

  • Develop and deliver a Performance Work Statement (PWS) describing the specific mission requirements in terms of the functions to be performed. 

  • Coordinate with the GSA office to facilitate processing the PWS through the proposal process.
